These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website, which Simply Matched, a service operated by LeadExperts ("we", "us", "our"), uses to match homeowners with independent, local home improvement companies (each a "Contractor"). By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
1. What this website does
This website lets homeowners request a free estimate, quote or inspection from the Contractor. We collect your answers and contact details and pass them to the Contractor. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee any home improvement work.
2. Free estimates and pricing
Free estimates and inspections carry no obligation to buy. Any price, cost range or savings mentioned on this website or in our ads is for general information only and is not a quote or an offer. Your actual price is set by the Contractor after they assess your property, and depends on things like the size and condition of your home, the materials you choose and your location.
3. The Contractor and the work
The Contractor is an independent business, not our employee or agent. Any agreement for work is made directly between you and the Contractor, on the Contractor's own terms. The Contractor is solely responsible for its estimates, workmanship, licensing, insurance, permits, warranties and financing. You should confirm that any contractor is properly licensed and insured before hiring them. We are not responsible for any work performed or not performed, or for any dispute between you and the Contractor.
4. Rebates, financing and insurance claims
Where the website mentions rebates, incentives, financing or help with insurance claims, availability depends on your location, your utility or insurer, and your eligibility. Financing is offered by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Insurance claim outcomes are decided by your insurer, and we do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or paid.
5. Consent to be contacted
By submitting your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you give Simply Matched and the Contractor permission to call and text you about your request at the number you provided, including calls and texts sent using automated technology or prerecorded messages. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you give us.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information, to submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to arrange work on, and to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request.
7. Website content
The content on this website, including text, graphics and design, is owned by us or used with permission, and is provided for your personal use only. Photos may be stock images used for illustration and may not show the Contractor's own work.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a Contractor will be available in your area.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Matched and LeadExperts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from work performed by the Contractor or any other third party, in connection with your use of this website. Some states don't allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you use the website after a change, the updated Terms apply.
